Our Mission
To give every child a sound education and a settled place to grow up in — taught by people who know them, in a school their parents can walk into and ask questions.
In practice that means three things we hold ourselves to:
Nobody falls behind quietly. Where a child is struggling we would rather find out early and tell you than let it surface in an examination.
Effort counts for more than marks. We ask for honest work and for courtesy towards one another, and we make a point of praising the child who attempts what they are not yet good at.
Parents are partners. Our door is open on working days, and we would far rather hear a concern than have it go unsaid.
Our Vision
That no family in Baba Bakala Sahib should feel they must send a child elsewhere for a good education.
We want Dashmesh Public School to be the school this area is glad to have — known for how its children conduct themselves, and for teachers who stay long enough to be remembered.
